LED lamps are light-emitting diode lamps. As a solid-state light source, LED lamps are different from traditional light sources in terms of light emission, and are considered as green lighting lamps. LED lamps have been applied in various fields with their advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and flexible application, and gradually become the main product in the lighting market. 1. Traffic lights

As LED lamps have a longer working life than traditional lamps, more and more traffic signal lamps choose to use LED. With the development of the industry becoming more and more mature, the price of ultra-high brightness AlGaInP red, orange and yellow LEDs is not too high. To ensure safety, modules composed of red ultra-high brightness LEDs are used to replace traditional red incandescent traffic lights.

2. Automative lighting

The application of high-power LED lamps in the field of automotive lighting is growing constantly. In the mid-1980s, LED was first used in brake lamps. Now most cars will choose LED for daytime driving, and LED lamps are also replacing xenon lamps as the mainstream choice for automotive headlights.

3. High efficiency phosphor

Blue chip coated with yellow green phosphor is a commonly used white LED phosphor application technology. The chip emits blue light, and the phosphor emits yellow light after being excited by the blue light. The blue LED substrate is fixed on the bracket and covered with encapsulated silica gel mixed with yellow green phosphor. The blue light from the LED substrate is partly absorbed by the phosphor, and the other part of the blue light is mixed with the yellow light from the phosphor to obtain white light.

4. Decorative lighting in the building field.

Due to the small size of LED, it is convenient to control the dynamic brightness and color, so it is more suitable for building decoration, because of its high brightness, energy conservation and environmental protection, small size and easy combination with the building surface.
